I work for a small law firm. We send out newsletters via
email each month. How can I send the newsletter out
without all the addresses being see by the recipient?

Put the addresses in the BCC field.

blind carbon copy (BCC) the email list. When you click
on "To..." select your group/recipient and instead of
using "To:" use "BCC".
