This might sound like a bit of a dumb question but in Outlook 2000 how would
I be able 2 check what my outgoing email address is??

it should be the same if not very similar to OE 6.0 and that you go to tools
accounts mail tab on the default email address click properties and it
should have your email address there. good luck
