embed graphics

i have a powerpoint presentation that have movies in it. i
want to send the presentation to a colleague. but since the
movies are just links and i do not want to edit/re-insert
the movies or to include the movies separately, is there a
way that i can change the powerpoint file so that the
movies are embedded instead of just linked?
