embedded font error

I received a PowerPoint document from a client. When I open the file it
says it cannot be saved because of an embedded font. What can I do? Do I
have to ask the client to resend without the font? I tried copying and
pasting the pages to another presentation and it was grayed out.

Thanks

erPoint 2003 and there are embedded fonts, the file can only be opened as Read
Only. You either need to have the fonts installed on your system, or request
that the presentation be saved without embedded fonts and sent to you that way.
