embedded font??

I have a powerpoint file that I created a couple of years ago and there's an
embedded font. How do I find out what that font is, so that I can install
the font and manipulate my file. I've rebuilt my pc a couple of times since
that file ... have no idea what the font is.

Please and thanks.

DianaH,
Try Format - replace fonts - can you find it there?
If the letters TT are in the icon that preceeds the font name it is
embedded. If there is a ? icon that means that the font is not present.
Have a read here also for some background to embedding
fonts:http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00076.htm
