Embedded PDF

Is there a way to view an embedded PDF file in a Slide Show? I can get it to
work if it is a linked file but as an embedded object it just displays the
Adobe icon and clicking on it just displays the next slide.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks, Edit was only option but worked fine...
