I have a user who receives an HTML email with embedded jpg photos in the
body of the email. When he views the email, it views fine. When he prints
the email to a printer, instead of the picture he receives a box with the
red X.
If I open the email on a different machine and print to the same printers
(thru the same print server using the same drivers) the photos print just
fine. Both systems are running XP Pro, sp2 and Outlook 2000.
What could be causing this?
