Embedding MS Project in Excel

I would like to know if the following is possible:

Instead of embedding a MS Project document on an Excel sheet, I would like
to embed it as a worksheet. This would eliminate some formatting issues (ie.
resizing) if open on different computers. This would be something similar to
how a Chart can be a sheet in Excel.

You can copy and paste or use the export features of Project to
transfer the text-based data to Excel. The graphical portion (Gantt,
Network Diagram, Histograms, etc.) can't be transferred.
