embeding fonts

I use "Stacatto 222" font in a presentation.

When I try to embed the font I get an error message saying
there is a copyright restriction.

How can I get permission?

Have you purchased the font? The original Staccato 222 is a Bitstream font that
must be purchased. I don't know whether it is licensed for embedding because I
don't own a license. I did a google search and found a True Type version of it
and it can be embedded.
