Enabling Macros in Project 2003

Can someone please help me.

I need to know how you enable Macros when using Project Professional 2003.

I have created a button to reasd in a CSV file but it won't work until I
have enabled macros.

Try Tools/Macro/Security... and select a lower security setting. If,
