Enabling Office 2003 for other users on my computer

T

Tom

I have a laptop that is joined to a work domain. However, I sometimes let my
son use my laptop at home to write reports. He usually does this on my
logon. However, today I created a local user account for him, and now he can
log on to his own user profile. BUT ... there are no shortcuts to any of the
Office 2003 applications!

How do I configure my computer so that other local users (not members of my
work's domain obviously) to use Office 2003 applications from their own logon
profiles?

Maybe Office is not configured as a product for his profile. Have you tried
to directly launch the Office EXE's (Winword.exe, Excel.exe) from your sons
profile? If so, did it start?

thanks,
