Enterprise Global Fields

We are using Ms Pro 2003 SP2 with project server. We have defined some custom
fields in "Enterprise Global". We want to add these fields into a view
defined in project center. However, these fields are not shown as options to
view in project center. Is there a way of using fields, which are defined in
enterprise global, in project center views?

It sounds as though you may be defining the fields incorrectly. Are you
defining Enterprise Project Fields? These can be used in the Project Center.
Enterprise Task Fields, on the other hand, can be used in the drill-down
project views. Likewise, you can use Enterprise Resource Fields in
Enterprise resource views. Does this help?

You can only add fields and custom fields to Project Center PWA views using
the Manage Views in the administration section of PWA. You should be able
to find them in the list by the new custom name you gave the field or by the
original custom field name, i.e "Enterprise...".

If you are not seeing them as available fields in the Project Center view
definition page, then they are possibly not fields that are available for
project center type views. Are they resource or task custom fields by any
chance?

You are right, I have defined Enterprise Task Fields, when i change them into
Enterprise Project Fields, then i can see them. Thank you for your help.
