Enterprise Task Custom Field and PDS call using Template

Is there anyway to bring values set in a project plan template over when
creating a plan from a PDS (ProjectCreate)? If I open straight from the
template values are there set for each task, but when when I use PDS call
(ProjectCreate) the values set in the template are not there. Any idea on how
to keep the values there when creating from a PDS call?
