Entourage 2001 saving data

Entourage Export Mail?
I am running Entourage 2001 in a German version and want to export all
my mail and address book to Entourage which I have in an English
version.
There is obviously a conflict because the program opens with some
German headings and some English and I'm scared of uninstalling the
German version in case I lose my data files.

Does anyone know if I uninstall the german version will the data still
be left behind?

Running the office removal tool does not touch the data in the Microsoft
User Data folder 9in your documents folder).
