Entourage 2004 error message upon first usage

I installed Entourage 2004 on a Mac G4 with 1 Gig of RAM using a
administrator account. Installed the 2 updates. Clicked on the Entourage icon
and a error message comes up:
Sorry for the inconvience but Entourage has encountered a error and needs to
shut down. You can send or not send this information to Microsoft. It does
not tell you what the error is. I have tried to remove and reinstall
Entourage 2004 but after several tries it just does the same thing. I done
several Entourage 2004 installs and this is the first time this has happened.
I could really use some help.
