Entourage 2004 won't print a specific email

A user on my network is having a curious problem trying to print an
email to her attached USB printer. The user can print from all other
Office 04 apps, as well as Firefox/Safari so the problem is isolated
to Entourage. While at her CPU troubleshooting the issue, I noticed
that some emails printed fine and some did not. Here is the issue...

On the troublesome emails:
- Selecting File -> Print, or CMD + P fails to bring up the print
dialog. Nothing happens, it's completely unresponsive.

Here's what I've tried:
- Updating Entourage from 11.4.0 to 11.5.5
- Updating to the latest Print driver
- Restarting

None of these have worked. The troublesome emails seem to have some
sort of HTML formatting so I'm guessing that might have something to
do with it? Perhaps a character set issue? I would appreciate
whatever input you folks have to offer. Thank you so much.

Here is the users setup:
- OS X 10.5.8
- Entourage 2004 version 11.5.5
- Brother HL-2140 printer USB

You could try resending the email back to yourself and see if the new
one prints.

I vaguely remember running across this in Ent. 2004, but it was a long
time ago. I may have had to rebuild the database.
