Entourage Has stopped receiving emails past a certain date

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

The Exchange server has every email that has been sent to me... However, it is not translating to entourage. On occasion sent items, deleted, and calendar updates will be sent from the exchange to entourage, but no Sent items past 2-11-2009 to present. This is the date that we first opened entourage and attempted to populate from the exchange server.

There are no rules or MLM set up and we have blown out the cache file twice, uninstalled and reinstalled twice, and we still receive the same problem, from the exact same date... help!!!!!!!

I would really suspect a problem on the server itself. Maybe one of the
Exchange rollup updates??
Ask the exchange admin whether the server is perfectly up to date.

Control-click on the account. Select either Refresh Message List and/or
Repair message list (Option-Command-L)

I am having the same problem. The emails are in my gmail account and on mac mail, but not in entourage. When you say control click on the account. Where is "the account"?

I'm having the same problem. How do you clean out the cache?

I'm having the same problem. How do you clean out the cache?

Select the icon for the e-mail account, control-click (or right-click if you
have a two-button mouse) on that icon, and choose from the contextual menu
that pops up.
