Hi,
I use Entourage for my POP3 accounts and don't delete the mails on
server at load down automatically.

In the Junk folder I delete each Junk mail with the option »delete on
server«. Gives there a function to mark more mails an delete on server
in one go?

If you select delete from server when deleted from computer under the
Options tab in Accounts, you can use the Nuke messages script to delete
emails.

Diane's solution is the best if you want to delete the messages from both
your server and your Mac at the same time.

If you want to delete them from the server only, select the various messages
from the message list on your Mac (using shift-click or cmd-click to select
more than one at a time). Then pick any of the messages and click and hold
on the envelope icon showing that the message is on the server. Select the
option Delete Message from Server at Next Connection. Entourage will delete
the messages from the server the next time it runs a Send and Receive
schedule for that server.
