I receive my faxes from My Fax online service thru Entourage. They come as a pdf. I am unable to print the faxes as it sends the printer into a loop and it never prints. I do not get a corrupt file message, it just does not print.
I am able to print the pdf if I go online to the fax service and print it from there. I can also take the pdf, save it as a word document and print it.
I would appreciate assistance. Thanks
