How do I enumerate the projects sharing resources with wit the resource pool?

I'm not real sure what you mean by "enumerate" but try this. Open the
shared resource pool and display the Resource Usage view. Add the field
"Project" as a column. The view will display each resource and the
Project field will show which shared projects the resource has been
assigned to.

In the pool, Tools, Resource, Share Resources, opens a list.
This list will also include links to Projects that do not exist any more so
here's the opportunity to do some cleaning up ("Break Link")

Sorry I should have said. I want to do this with a macro. So that I can list
details from each project. I also want to confirm all links are correct.

Hi John,

Problem.
The way I handle this is to show the window I talked about, break ALL links
with the Sendkeys method and re-connect the right ones.
