Can someone help me with my continued problem with printing envelopes by Word
bundled in Microsoft Office 2003? I can print anything/everything else in
Word, Excel, etc. I am unable to print envelopes. I get a very faint set of
colored (blue and red) markings that represent the address. I am unable to
get the address to print in black. I have reinstalled the program and the
printer driver numerous times, but the result is still the same. I feel
there must be a small thing I have overlooked in the settings. Any help
would be greatly appreciated!
