I get this message when trying to install Office 2000 Pro on Windows XP Pro. Any good ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Try the following methods:

Method #1:
1. Clean the cd with warm water and soft cloth

Method #2:
1. Create a folder on the hard and copy the CD to this folder (flat)
2. Install from this folder (flat)

Method #3:
1. Create a flat on another system on the network
2. Map a network drive path over to the shared flat folder
3. Install from the shared flat
