Error 3050

I have a database sharing folder for two persons . One of them have the full
control database and another has read-only database.

The porblem is the readonly database couldnt open when the full-control data
base is opend???

the read-only share database has a message ( Couldnot lock ...) adn Error
3050

How can i solve this problem
