Error 920. Cannot save in jpeg format

Hi to everybody.
I have a problem with several visio networks diagrams.
These are big (abaout 6 Mb). Everytime I try to convert
these diagrams into jpeg format the programs gives me an
920 error.
I have seen the http://tinyurl.com/ilui (Visio2002: Error
920 When You Save a Drawing to a Graphic File Format), but
didn't resolve the problem.
Anybody knows something about, or can give any kind of
solution?

Thank you very much.

Best regards,
José Mª Fueyo.

Hi,
Perhap your file is way to large - jpg aree compressed and there are
levels of compression vs quality at display time. Try exporting this in gif
format and see if that works. If you intend to show these diagrams on the
screen gifs work well.

Also try and select all your drawing before you export and make sure they
are inside the "drawing board".

If you imported these from somewhere else or the diagram has lots of color
information, then the jpg filter may be choking.

I hope this helps.

Hi Gabriel.
First of all, thanks for your answer.
I tell you. I am not the owner of these files. There was
another person working with it. This person use
the "group" option with all the objects of the diagram
and...it worked.

In anyway, thank you again for your contribution.

Best regards.
