I know this problem has been posted before, and as in that one, I too have
all the updates installed, and have re-installed Outlook 2003, but still the
error persists......
If I drag an email across and drop onto the Notes icon, it creates a new
note correctly, which I can close and save in the Notes folder.
I can see the list of saved notes in the folder, open, read, edit & close
them.
I then go back to my mailbox and continue reading other mail.
After a number of minutes or when I try to close Outlook 2003 I get the
following errors:
"could not complete the action. One or more parameter values are not
valid"
I click OK and get:
"The note will close and your changes will not be saved"
After this the only way to close Outlook is through Ctrl + Alt + Delete and
Task Manager.
Add ins have been suggested as a possible cause, but I have re-installed
Outlook and the only Add ins are those installed by default.
Thanks in advance & hope
