Error in my trial version of project?

Hi there,

I am a relative newcomer to project and have downloaded the 2007 trial
version. I have drawn up a project plan for a project at work and when I go
to altar things like on the resource sheet or I had new tasks in, random
blank lines appear in the plan and sometimes delete existing tasks. Am I
doing something wrong or does this sound like a bug?

Also, the numbers of the tasks (in the grey column on the left hand side)
are also not in any correct order - even if I close down and re-open again.

Hi,

Does the trial version have Service pack 1 applied? If not I would download
and apply it first. The row numbers can be out if the project has been
sorted. Select Project, Sort and sort by ID.
