Error installing Business contact manager in Outlook 2007

I went through the process and it always gets stuck . I will provide the

In event viewer I found this error also, I do not know if it pertains to
this or not, but here it is anyway:

microsoft.public.outlook.bcm is the correct newsgroup for BCM questions.

This is a BCM question, so I am crossposting to that group. Please
respond in that group so that others can find your solution in the
future more easily.

This error suggests that SQL Express setup is failing while installing
this update and is unable to continue with the install process until
this update is installed.

My recommendation is to try to manually install this update. You can
obtain it from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/973686

The first download link to MSXML 6.0 SP2 should do the trick.
