Error Massage of send & receive mail & calender

Hi,
I`m a new user of Office outlook 2007. At first i add a live account but it
can`t sign in my account, later i install outlook connector for live accoun
but now when i push send & receive mail it show error. Server status : mail
error & calender error.

Please help me . What can i do now ?
