Error Message 0x800ccc0f

I am getting the error message 0x800ccc0f on 2 computers
in my network. The error message database mentions Norton
Security as a possible issue, but I do not have Norton
Security installed. I do have Norton Anti Virus installed
on both computers.

I tried eliminating the router from the network, but I
got the same error number so it isn't the router.

I can not POP any emails from one of my web sites into
Outlook 2003. Any suggestions?
