I am receiving error message 0x800CCC78 when I try to
send emails from Outlook 2002. I made a mistake in my
original post. I said I was receiving this error message
from Outlook Express. It is Outlook 2002 not Outlook
Express. Please let me know how to resolve this error so
that I can begin sending emails again. I can receive
