Error Message - Cannot start Microsoft Outlook

M

Michael

After using Outlook happily for over a year, suddenly, I
am getting the above error message with the additional
remark - The file C:\Documents and Settings\Name\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst
is not a personal folders file. Now I can even get into
Outlook to open a new personal folders file. My Norton
Virus scanner does not detect any viruses. Can anyone
help?

find and run scanpst.exe.
