Error message in Outlook: Inbox folder

Unable to display the folder. Error in the file
C;\Windows\Local Setting\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst. I have reloaded
Office XP and did the repair. The error message is still
there, unable to receive email. Does anyone have a fix
for this problem?

What "repair" did you use -- Detect and Repair or the Inbox Repair Tool?
