error message trying to print envelopes in Word 2007

Word 2007 will not print an envelope. I keep getting a message saying "the
number must be between 1 and 31". What do I need to do? Thanks!

Do the sample envelopes you can download from my web site produce the same
error? If not copy the two envelope styles from the envelope template to the
normal template. See http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envelope_layout.htm
