error message when replying using OL2003

I keep getting an error message when i open outlook 2003.

"Microsoft Office Word has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I tried to repair Microsoft Office 2003 via add/remove
programs but it still keeps popping up.

Please help.
