Error Message when starting

Every time I start publisher I get an error message "out
of memory or hard disk full" neither is accurate. Does
anyone have suggestions for correcting this?

Every version of Publisher may give an out of memory error, each version may have a
different reason for the error. It is helpful to know what version you are using.
