Error message while upploading webpage

When I'm uploading updates for my webpage I receive this
message " 425 Can't build dataconnectionperation timed
out."
What's the reason for this error and how do I solve it ?

If you have a Firewall, check that it isn't blocking this.

same problem while uploading.
Anymore suggestions ?

Last I knew, the 5. versions of ZoneAlarm were casuing problems for FP
users. Try an older version:

Maybe you should talk to your Web hosting Company
and make then aware of your situation, when uploading

What are you uploading via : ftp http: telnet
what program are you using ?

Let me know i than will be able to assist you with that upload issue
