Error Message: You do not have permission to log on.

I am a network admin of about 45 computers. 2 ppl are
having problems when they open Outlook. They get an error
message that says this exactly: "Can not open your default
email folder. You do not have permission to log on." This
makes no sense to me. Could it have something to do with
user options on the PDC or what? Please help, this is very
annoying. Thanx
