Error message

I need help. For the past 3 days I have been trying to
print out a publication my company has saved in microsoft
publisher. We have used it and printed it out several
times in the past. But this time when I went to open it,
it gave me an error message that reads "Publisher does
not have enough memory to load graphics or embedded
objects." But when I followed the directions in the
troubleshooting section of help in publisher, it said
that I have plenty of memory to open and print out my
publication. So why will it not let me open or print out
my publication? When I try to print it, even though it
doesn't show everything on the screen, it gives an error
message that there was an error and they cannot print my
publication. When I tried to print any other publication,
bigger or smaller it would print them, but for the 4
publications I need to print out it will not do it.
Please help!!!

You sure do!

1) What OS are you running?

2) What version of Publisher are you running?

3) Do you have any version of NAV installed?

4) Where is the publication saved - to a local hard drive, removable
media or across a network?

5) Further to the above, where are you opening it from? If it's on
removable media (which it shouldn't be as you shouldn't be saving to a
removable disk), why are you not copying it to the local hard drive and
opening it from and saving it to there?

Crystal, Publisher is more punishing on printer drivers than most applications. See
if there is an updated driver on the manufacturer's web site. Might solve your
problem.
