After opening Miscrosoft Publisher in Office 2000, this
message appears: "the wizard files were not installed
please run setup again to install wizard see help for
more information on running setup." How does one do this?

Install your Publisher CD. When it starts up go to
install then missing components. I will then just install
the files which were missed on your first installation.
