Error message

In the process of trying to get rid of a "No Records returned" message that
is showing up on my pages I am now recieving the following error message when
following a link to the page....could some please decipher this for me and
maybe provide a clue as to how to correct it ???

In a Disc based web (at D:\FABDRAWINGS\ELECFORMS)
Or a Server Based Web at http://....
