I recentely installed Office 2003 Pro. About half way
thru Error msg "Error 1308-cannot find file "sku011.xml"--
see "setup.chm" [which offers no help that I see}.
My choices withe the popup window are Cancel [which stop
installation], Retry [which gets same error window again]
and Ignore. I choose ignore and loading continues.While
I have not checked all parts of office in depth
everything seems to work OK except Outlook. On outlook
everytime I download an Email from my ISP a windows
installer window pops up saying "Preparing to install".It
last about 2 seconds for each Email Have tried removing
and reinstalling, detedct and repair and application
recovery-Nothing works. Any Ideas??
