error messages with word, excel, powerpoint etc.

I am not sure what happened, but now when I log onto my computer, the office
programs start to load one by one, and give an error message and asks if I
want to start in safe mode. No matter what I click on, they never load and
keep giving the error message. I have tried to download information, but
when it says to go to tools and then options...i run into yet another error
message that operations have been canceled due to restrictions on the
computer. ( I am the administrator, but can't seem to get past this error
message). What am I doing wrong, and why now all of a sudden am i getting
these error messages? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
