If I try to "Send To Receipient As Attachment" and Excel or Word document, I
get a message that states, "Excel could not start the e-mail program. Check
your network connection. Make sure Office is installed correctly, your
e-mail program is set up correctly, and you can connect to your server. If I
try to send a Word document, the error message states, " Word could not load
the e-mail envelope. This could be caused by a network connection problem or
a problem with your Office installation".
My IT person has tried everything he knows. We reinstalle Office with no
change. What is wrong? Thanks!
