Error on copying and moving .ppt file to pendrive

Help.Tomorrow is my presentation.I did a presentation on pc and now i cannot
copy the ppt file to my pendrive.when i try to copy it,it shows a message box
saying"more data is available",why's that?

I'm guessing that perhaps the message is saying the pen drive is Full?

how big is your file?
how much space is on the pen drive?
can you delete old files on the pen drive to make more space available?
