Error on Outlook 2002 sending Email

When I try to send an email with a long attachment I get
an error (0x8004210B) and the transmission stops. Dell
says this is fixed by Knowledge Base Item Q257404. When
I go to this KBI, it states to contact Microsoft for
hotfix. How do I contact Microsof to get this hotfix? I
have Earthlink ISP, Outlook 2002 PS-2 and Windows XP.

Hi you can contact microsoft for support,
call 7 days a week to 800-936-5700.
tell customer serice you need a hotfix and quote the
number
Q257404, tech support will determine if this will fix
your issue or not.
