I am having a problem opening Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc...When
opening it the application, I receive the message "This application must be
installed to run. Pls run setup from the location where you orignally
installed the application". I have uninstalled and installed several times
with the same results. I tried taking some of the steps suggested on the
site as far as deleting the Data Key etc. Even when I try to search for .dot
files or the C:\documents and settings\application templates, the system
just stops and does not search. Is there any way you can help me with this
problem. I know how to use the computer but I am slow when it comes to the
details of how the computer really works. Any help you can provide will be
greatly appreciated. Also, I am receiving a box message that states "
C\WINDOWS\system32\runsrv32.exe" when the computer is cut on. Please help!
