Error.. please help me out here!

Some users at our office work with MS Project2000. Every
workstation has Windows2000 installed.
While some users try to make a report the get an error
message that WINPROJ.exe has generated an error and will
be closed by Windows.

Does anyone know a sollution for this problem?
