error: this page cannot be displayed, when i open publisher

Everytime I open Publisher, the IE error message "This
page cannot be displayed" comes up and i cannot do
anything. How can i fix this???

Crystal what version of Windows and Publisher are you using?

Can you type out what the error message says.
