Error when saving Timesheet!

I receive this error in the queue when saving my timesheet:

Any Clue why this happens?

Also, Is there somewhere saying in which order all the hotfixes and services
packs must be installed?

Your answer is in the error log you have posted here !! There is n
server setting that and admin can enable that disalows timecapture in
the future. For example i want to capture Actual Work in September for
work i will only be doing in November. I this concept makes any sence
to you , go and enable th efuture time reporting functionality under
the server settings
