Error when start groove after installation

When we want to start groove after the installation, we receive following
error message:

As a result of the error:
The parameter is incorrect.

What can we do to resolve this problem? already tried reinstalling groove.

Hi,

Looks like the Groove application or the Groove account has been corrupted.
Simply perform an over-installation may solve this issue.

If not, you may backup your account, un-install/re-install the Groove and
restore your account, fetch all workspace to see if it resolves the problem.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer. It didn't solve our problem. After reinstallation we
got the same problem.
We've created a new user profile for this users, after this, the
installation of groove works fine.
